Air to water heat pump unit



15-35kW air to water heat pump as standard options from Kardia.

Heat pump units from other brands could be integrated, such as BOSH, STEBEL ELTRON, etc.

AHU Unit



AHU comes with 28kW as standard, integrated with HEPA H13 W type filter that has 99.96% filtration rate of PM2.5 particles. ​

Air volume



The air volume that each system delivers is 3000m3/h. This would typically cover 200m2 of living space in luxury villas.

The volume of fresh air and return air could be adjusted.

Ducting



Although AHU units require 300mm of ceiling space for the main duct, smaller ducts are used in different areas, and could be as small as 75mm.

AHU unit is not a compulsory unit. Other conventional units could be used depending on each project.

Fan coil units



All fan coil units are fully enclosed, minimizing the risk of being polluted thus decreasing the efficiency. Each unit comes with an automatic drain pump and UV lamp, to ensure no bacteria or mold would contaminate the indoor climate.

All fan coil units are designed to be less than 200mm in height, minimizing the ceiling space required.

Heat recovery efficiency



Kardia produces on of the best rotary ERVs on the market, with up to 85% of heat recovery efficiency.

Typical air volume is 1000m3/h for each climate system. However other units ranging from 300 to 3000m3/h are available.

Year round temperature between 22-25°C depending on season. Temperature difference between floor and celing less than 1°C

Humidity adjustible independently between 40-65%, according to differenct sections and fuctions of residence.

CO2 level of different sections monitored by built in sensors, ensuring adequate fresh air is supplied to each section of residence, keeping CO2 level below 600ppm.

Using HEPA filters, fresh air or filtered air would have as low as 0ug/m3 of PM2.5 particles, ensuring overall indoor air quality achieve lower than 10ug/m3 of PM2.5 particles.
